Steve's Economy Storage Full garage-size 10x20' units, $45 since 2005. Next to dog rescue. Built-in barking-dog security. This is a family business that my wife Susan and I run.

We are connected to Safe Haven Animal Rescue next door. They handle our bookings once you call me. They hold the paper contracts at their desk. The storage is one long building in the center of a spacious half-acre. There is much room for driving large vehicles up to your unit door. Someone is on-site daily at the kennel and I have Russ, a local man, on call for repairs or other storage needs.

Sold out currently. Probably because I’m the cheapest storage option in Mason Valley and I haven’t upped my rate in 15 years. I may have one unit open soon.

Here's why you use my storage if you live in California -- it gives you a reason to go to Reno and Tahoe more often. Considering the cost of big city storage versus my paltry $45 monthly fee, you'll save enough money that every couple months you can come visit your stuff for free. The savings will pay for a weekend at Harveys or the Eldorado plus meals.
