Pat joined the Sitko’s team in 2011 as a technician and has worked in the automotive industry since 2003. Over the years, he’s become a steady and trusted part of both our shop and our team.
Recently promoted to Assistant Manager, Pat now spends even more time helping customers understand what’s going on with their vehicles, walking through repairs, and explaining what needs attention now versus what can reasonably wait. If you’ve been in the shop recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already spoken with him.
One of Pat’s biggest strengths is diagnostics, but just as important is the way he approaches teamwork. Long before stepping into the Assistant Manager role, Pat naturally became a mentor within the shop — someone the rest of the team could turn to when working through more complicated problems, sharing ideas, or taking a second look at a repair. That kind of collaboration matters in a shop environment, and it’s a big part of what he now brings to this new role as well.
What customers appreciate most about Pat is probably the same thing our team does: he’s steady, honest, and thorough. He takes the time to explain things clearly so people can make informed decisions about their vehicles without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.
After more than a decade at Sitko’s, Pat has become a big part of the consistency and trust people have come to expect when they walk through our doors.
