Thursday Tip:
When performing an exercise to gauge speed, a great way to time a repetition is to Push/Pull on the exercise for a 1-second count, pause for 1-second, then use 2-seconds to reset.
Example:
For a bicep curl, bring the weights up for 1-second, pause at the top of the exercise for 1-second, and then lower the weights at a 2-second count.
