Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Compensation: $36,000β$41,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available.

Harvest Chevrolet is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Agent to help drive customer engagement and generate sales opportunities for our dealership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach. The primary responsibility of this position is making outbound calls, texts, emails, and other communications to prospective and existing customers to generate appointments and business for our sales department.
No automotive experience is required. We will train the right candidate. Customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call center, and relationship-building experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone calls, text messages, and email communications to prospective and existing customers.
Generate appointments and sales opportunities for the dealership.
Follow up with internet leads, previous customers, service customers, and unsold prospects.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent communication.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within the dealership CRM system.
Meet individual and team goals for customer contacts, appointments, and engagement.
Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize customer opportunities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information.
Represent Harvest Chevrolet in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and customer contacts.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, call center operations, appointment setting, business development, or automotive retail.
CRM experience is a plus.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves frequent communication with customers by phone, email, text, and other digital platforms.
