Dumped it early because we needed a good number to keep us in the top 32, so I didn’t wanna break out. Let’s hope the number holds and we can take a shot at E1 today!! No matter what this weekend has been an epic success, because in the first two races for this truck we’ve managed to get a ton figured out, and go a to b at a decent ET. I couldn’t be happier, and prouder of everyone involved.

If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I never let my lack of knowledge stop me. I think it’s important to always try and learn new skills, even if they aren’t exactly applicable right now. In the day and age of the internet you can learn absolutely anything you want to. Take for example this fiberglass. I’ve never laid fiberglass in my life and when I told a friend about the project I was about to embark on, he said “you know how to do that?” To which I quickly replied “absolutely not, but I’ll learn it”. We laugh amongst friends because in some circles I’m known for my expert ability to “fake it til you make it”. But I’ll be damned if that attitude hasn’t brought me every bit of success I’ve ever had in life. I consistently put myself in tough spots, and then I figure it out. It’s really that easy. So I wonder, what’s stopping you from trying a thing you want to??
