"This place was such a blessing to me. I took my car to a shop 2 mile away from Southwest. The first shop said the problem I had they were not equipped to handle. I did my research and called Southwest then had my car towed there. They figured it out and sent me on my way. The front desk staff was excellent. I dealt with Jennifer and she was great. The mechanic Andrew did a wonderful job explaining the issue to me. I'll definitely go back."

"First time using their services, and wow! I am so pleased! They treat you like family. I made a huge mess up and put the wrong fluids in my car, they didn't make me feel dumb. They made me feel like family. I will be returning for all my car repair needs!! 10/10!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Really recommend to all friends and family! Value on top of that, was so reasonable, and felt like a steal for how much they helped me out. Love this place!"
