Hi,

As much as I would love to say we are ready to open, I’ve had to put everything on hold for now. In July of 2025, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, I’ve been undergoing chemotherapy and recently had to have another surgery.

My hope is to begin working on the property again later this summer once my treatments are complete and I’m back to feeling healthy.

We can't believe a year has already went by. The unwanted trees have been removed and planning for the roads has started.
