Aston Technologies Advance Auto Parts
Avoid this company at all costs. They do not stand by their products. I bought a tire changer from them less than six months ago and it has broken at least 4 times. I fixed it myself but now it is has had a catastrophic failure in one of the main metal components. After reaching out to the company and being more than willing to work with them they have informed me that they will not stand by their product or warrantee anything. They want to charge me $600 for the component and also make me wait two weeks for it to be shipped. I told them this was unacceptable and then the part is covered under warranty they told me that it’s not covered because the machine is being miss-used. This is how they get out of warranting their equipment they just say it’s being miss used with no evidence or logic to back it up. We only change light truck and passenger tires. We have been in business for over 20 years I think we know how to use a tire machine and change tires. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They are liars and they are thieves. They won’t be in business long but for now I need everyone to know do not spend a dime on any of their products. Also their customer service is horrible, the people that sell you the machines don’t even know how they work and can’t explain why one machine is designed the way it is versus another. These are the same people that told me I miss use the machine haha! I left comments on their page and they deleted them and they also threatened me and harassed me via messenger. I am sure after this post that I will be blocked but I will not stop posting and telling the truth.  The way this company has chosen to do business disgusts me and I will be glad when I eat they are out of business. This is what happens when you have thieving incompetent dishonest corporate culture from the top down..
