Something a little different here where a customer wanted to delete some chrome from the front. We replaced the front bumper with a color matched painted bumper and a black texture lower valance. We think it came out really nice!😎

Not all repairs require body and paint work and here is a perfect example. This damage was the perfect candidate for paintless dent repair (PDR). There were no paint cracks or deep creases. This was a fairly large dent spanning most of the fender, but our talented PDR tech was able to work it out. The cost is typically a fraction of a traditional repair and considerably less invasive. It's always a good idea to explore your options as not all shops use these techniques. Less is best when possible!

Just a couple of tips before the snow and ice storm hits.😉

Most cars/trucks can raise their wiper arms up to a service position. You can leave them up before the snow to keep them from sticking to the glass and make cleaning the windshield easier.

If you're paying someone clean your vehicle be mindful of what they are using to clear the vehicle. We often see paint scratches and dents related to snow removal using the wrong equipment.

After the storm and you're at the car wash, pay the extra couple dollars for the underbody wash. The brine wreaks havoc to the underside and suspension components.

Damage from Wind is considered an act of nature and is covered under your insurance's comprehensive portion of the policy. Typically deductibles are lower for comprehensive and most insurance companies do not penalize you for the claim. If you have damage please reach out to us for an estimate, we are happy to help!

Have you ever asked your repair shop what parts they are using to repair your vehicle? If the answer is what your insurance company "allowed" or "paid for", then you may end up with salvage yard or imitation parts. You're paying record high premiums for your insurance company and their "Approved Partner" shop to perform repairs as cheap as possible.

We are better than your insurance recommended shop!

Bold statement right? Let me explain why.

Your insurance company will partner with certain shops in a contractual agreement on what they will pay to repair your vehicle. Most often in that agreement they are required to use the cheapest parts available. I like to call these parts the "Wish” version of car parts where fit, finish and durability do not meet OEM specifications, but they are written into your policy.

By law you are not required to take your vehicle to their partner shops. Your insurance company may tell you the repair will not be guaranteed otherwise. This is only true because again they have an agreement with the shop requiring doing so. We also offer a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, paint and OEM parts. Any aftermarket parts are honored on their own respective warranty.

We subscribe to a number of OEM price match programs. These programs allow us to submit the aftermarket part price and give the OEM (Ford, GM, Subaru etc) an opportunity to match that price point. We have been very successful with this. In the attached example, we were able to price match 6 of the 7 aftermarket imitation parts on this insurance estimate! In the event that a match falls short, the client has the opportunity to pay the difference for a better part if they so choose.

Price matching to get OEM parts on your vehicle is just one of the ways we deliver a better and safer repair back to your vehicle. Ask your insurance company’s recommended repair shop if they are willing to do the same!

We get a lot of requests for rust repair... unfortunately rust is not a repair we can guarantee so we don't do it. We do advocate prevention! Seen here is an underbody wash to remove salt that creates rust. Get that salt off!!
