And nobody noticed. 🎂😂

To be fair, after all these months, we thought the office had been converted into a storage room.

The one day Richard proves it still serves its intended purpose is the one day we all forget his birthday.

The boots are dusted off, the hats are ready, and one of our favorite weeks of the year is finally here!

We were honored to welcome the Rodeo Queens into the dealership today. There’s nothing quite like the tradition, community, and western heritage that rodeo week brings to Woodward.

At Barber-Dyson Ford of Woodward, we’re all about showing love, inclusion, and appreciation to our employees from every corner of the dealership… but this week may have accidentally turned into an Ashley Appreciation Takeover. 👀😂

If you stopped by today and saw giant Ashley fatheads plastered all over the building — no, you’re not imagining things. Service, sales, parts, offices… Ashley is EVERYWHERE. At this point, we’re starting to think she might be the favorite. 🤷‍♀️🤣

In all seriousness, we’re thankful for the people who make this dealership what it is every single day. A workplace is better when people feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated — and we’ll never pass up an opportunity to have a little fun while doing it.
