🔧 Position Overview
As a B‑Level Technician, you will perform mid‑level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your workflow, and delivering high‑quality results.
🛠 Responsibilities
Perform accurate diagnostics on mechanical and electrical issues
Complete repairs such as brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general maintenance, some advanced repairs required (pulling and installing transmissions)
Assist with more advanced repairs under guidance when needed
Document work performed and maintain clean, organized work areas
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Follow safety procedures and shop standards at all times
📌 Requirements
3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic processes
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Own basic tools (shop provides specialty tools and scanners)
Someone that is here to work and grow with the company
