Over the past year, our community has supported us in ways we never could have imagined. Because of that support, we want to give back and help a family that is going through a difficult time.
This is something that is very personal to me.
I was raised by a single mother of four who gave us everything she had, even when there wasn’t much to give. I’ve experienced homelessness, eviction, nights without power, and times when food was hard to come by. Those experiences never leave you, and they teach you to appreciate every opportunity and every person who helps you along the way.
Oakmont Towing & Recovery wasn’t handed to me. It was built from the ground up through hard work, sacrifice, and a refusal to quit. Because of that journey, I’ll never forget where I came from.
I know what it’s like to be the family that’s struggling. I know what it’s like to need a break.
That’s why we’re accepting nominations for a local family in need. Oakmont Towing & Recovery will be providing a $1,000 donation to a deserving family right here in our community.
If you know a family facing hardship, please send us a private message with their story. All nominations will be kept confidential.
And this is just the beginning.
We’re also excited to announce that Oakmont Towing & Recovery and Second Chance Garage will soon be partnering to sponsor a vehicle for a deserving family in need. More details will be announced soon.
This community helped build Oakmont Towing & Recovery. Now it’s our turn to help someone else.
