We build the box. They bring the cookies.

This one went to Crumbl. All electric. We built the shell to their specification, every part that has to pass inspection: three compartment sink, hand wash sink, water heater, plumbing, diamond plate floor, white walls. Then their own team fitted the equipment.

Most builders cannot hand over a unit that is ready for somebody else’s fit out. That is a real thing to be able to do.
