F-150 Timing Chain Replacement
This F-150 came in needing a timing chain replacement — and on this one, getting access meant pulling the cab. 😳
The timing system keeps the engine’s camshafts and crankshaft synchronized, so everything happens at the right time. When those components wear or fail, it can lead to poor performance or, in some cases, serious engine damage.
So yes… sometimes a “timing chain job” looks like this. 😂
Big repair, lots of moving parts, and plenty of attention to detail to get everything timed and sealed correctly.
Another F-150 back together and ready to roll!
