I had my Rivian R1T worked on by Brandywine Coach Works on the recommendation of the insurance adjuster. As soon as I agreed to it, I was called by Brandywine Coach Works. They introduced themselves (Mike) and told me their credentials and then gave me a timeline that they believed it would take. I received regular updates from them on the status of the repair. They completed the repair in a timely manner and my truck looks great! I had a minor issue that was most likely unrelated to the my initial repair, but they were eager to address it because Mike continually said that he wanted to make sure that I'm happy.
Their location is a little inconvenient for me personally, but I will continue to use them should the need arise because their service is that good. I can't recommend them enough.

What a wonderful place! It’s definitely worth the drive to have them do the work. Everyone was accommodating. From Mike opening early for me to Danielle and her friendly manner. I never expected my car to be washed and vacuumed. WOW!!! My car never looked this good!! Not even when I bought it. I can’t stop telling everyone about how my rims and interior shine. What was repaired is good also. LOL. Definitely recommend!!!
