40x50 insulated building. Heated and air conditioned. Has a 25 foot concrete pad outside leading into the shop. The outside sidewalls were re-skinned with new tin about 3 years ago. Fully lit LED 14 foot tall sign, the main sign is 4x8 and lower part is 2x8. Epoxied floors in the main shop area. Lights have been converted to LED lights. Main shop area has 8-22,000 lumen lights. 35 foot long home made paint booth with 12-7500 lumen explosion proof lights. Very bright well lit shop. Has a working bathroom and water in the shop that is on its own well and septic tank. Propane tank for heat. Very nice, updated, functional, and good looking shop!
