The Jeep Gladiator is a very capable platform, but the additional weight that comes from installing steel bumpers, a camper or topper, and carrying all your gear can quickly make the factory suspension quickly feel soft, underdamped and overworked.
The AEV DualSport RT Suspension System is engineered for these heavier, adventure-ready builds—delivering a more controlled, planted ride without sacrificing everyday comfort.
Frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs are paired with AEV-tuned 48mm Bilstein 5100 series shocks to improve body control, handling and highway stability while increasing suspension travel, articulation and bottoming control off-road.
You can even choose between 2.5” Standard Load Springs or 3” High Capacity Springs to dial-in the suspension to meet your specific Gladiator’s build and load carrying requirements.
AEV also optimizes suspension geometry throughout the range of travel to improve turn-in response, reduce body roll and brake dive, and maintain a stable, confidence-inspiring feel—even when towing or carrying substantial gear.
And because capability should never come at the expense of vehicle dynamics, the DualSport RT Suspension System is FMVSS No. 126 compliant, validating electronic stability control performance through rigorous dynamic testing.
