Patrick McCree, our Shop Superintendent, has hit the incredible 25 year milestone! 🎉

Patrick truly means the world to us. He’s the kind of person who is always there for anyone in the building—no questions asked. Whether it’s lending a hand, sharing his knowledge, or stepping in wherever needed, Patrick is someone our entire team can count on.

His dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on our team and our success. For 25 years, he’s helped keep things running smoothly while setting the standard for what great work looks like.

In just two years, Matt has made a serious impact—keeping projects moving, tackling challenges head-on, and being the kind of teammate everyone wants in their corner. Whether it’s solving problems on the fly or keeping everything (and everyone) aligned, he brings the focus, drive, and reliability that keeps things running strong.

Spring has officially arrived—and honestly… about time. 🌱😅

After what felt like the longest winter on record, we’re more than ready for longer days, a little sunshine, and maybe even retiring the heavy coats (for real this time… hopefully).

At Central Conveyor, we’re embracing the fresh start and renewed energy that spring brings. It’s a great reminder that growth, progress, and new opportunities are always right around the corner.

We welcomed members of our leadership team from both Japan and the U.S. for a special demonstration of our new engineered Zip-Lift Solution for our customers.

Mr. Kimura, President and COO of the Tsubaki Group in Japan, joined with Mr. Powers, President of U.S. Tsubaki Holdings and Mr. Kawakami, Senior Executive Officer of the Tsubaki Group, for a visit to Central Conveyor in Wixom.

Our entire team has put an incredible amount of work into bringing this system to life, and it was great to showcase the engineering, craftsmanship and collaboration that went into the build. This project is exactly what “One Tsubaki” represents.

Thank you to everyone involved—from engineering to the shop to leadership—for your continued commitment to quality and innovation. A special thank you goes out to DCS for all that you did to help us when we needed it. Moments like these highlight the strength of our team and the pride we take in the solutions we create.

Martin has joined our shop team, where he will play an important role in supporting the fabrication and assembly of the equipment that keeps our projects moving forward. The work we do in our shop is the backbone of what we deliver to our customers, and we’re excited to have Martin contributing to that effort.

⏰ Spring Forward Reminder! 🌷

It’s that time of year again… when we all collectively lose an hour of sleep and pretend we’re totally fine.

Daylight Saving Time is here, which means brighter evenings, confused alarm clocks, and at least one person showing up wondering why their microwave and car clock don’t match.

At Central Conveyor, we may lose an hour — but we won’t lose momentum. Our team keeps things moving forward… even if we’re running on one less hour of sleep and one extra cup of coffee. ☕

Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead this weekend — and maybe set a second alarm Monday morning just in case. 😉

Here’s to longer days, warmer weather, and staying on schedule (mostly).
