To our dear customers and friends:

It has been a great honor and blessing being your local detailer for the past 3 years and as difficult as it is to make the decision to close down the detailing part of our business and take on a new direction, we couldn't be more blessed to start our new journey of becoming parents.

I will be keeping most of my larger equipment and I might be able to have a detail service on a smaller scale, but as of right now we are closed at our 17th Ave location and I do not have an ETA on when I will be able to detail again at this time.

We are proud to have been a part of this awesome community and are excited to share our amazing news with all of you.

Our son Paul Raymond Matuszak was born August 22nd at 2:50am
8lbs, 11oz and 20.5" long

He is doing great and has been the biggest blessing in our lives.

First time for everything...Spent 6 hours inside and out including a polish and carnuba wax along with extracting seats ...

First time for everything...

Spent 6 hours inside and out including a polish and carnuba wax along with extracting seats and floors.

Customer set up details for both of his vehicles and we agreed payment would be due when the second car was done.
Came in twice the day before complaining about how he didn't want to pay for the detail because it was $230. We explained we could do a cheaper package or not do it at all. He said just go for it.

He picked it up yesterday, did a walk through said it looked nice and he was happy. Shook hands and went on his way.

15 minutes later he came back stating it was the worst detail he has ever seen and he's not paying for it. He noticed water spots on one of the door jams. No other complaints on anything else we did. We always offer to clean anything that is missed but it wasn't good enough. After getting yelled at for this terrible detail and exchanging words of frustration we let him get without payment.

Here is before and after on the interior. We are looking for honest opinions on this detail. Good or bad. Feedback is what runs our shop.
