The All Fleet family is heartbroken by the sudden loss of Mathew Dowling, a valued member of our team and the beloved son of Wayne Dowling.

Mathew was part of the All Fleet family and was following in the footsteps of his father, Wayne, who has been with All Fleet since day one. During this unimaginable time, we ask everyone to keep Wayne, his family, our team, and all those who knew and loved Mathew in their thoughts and prayers. His memory will remain forever in our hearts.

Please join us as we come together to honor Mathew’s life, share memories, and support his family.

Today, I was reminded of one of the most memorable calls of my career at All Fleet.

During the height of the baby formula shortage, a tractor-trailer broke down carrying a full load of formula. We were told the shipment had only a few hours to reach its destination, or the load could be lost.

This was bigger than a broken-down truck. Families were searching empty shelves for what was sitting inside that trailer.

Our team came together and threw everything we had at the problem. Nobody said, “That’s not my job.”

There was only one question:

“What do we have to do to get this load where it needs to go?”

The shipment made it.

We will never know exactly how many families were affected by what happened that night. We will never know how many parents found formula on a shelf because that trailer reached its destination. We will never know how many babies were fed because a group of people refused to give up on a broken-down truck.

But that is the point.

In this business, we rarely see the full impact of our work.

We see a service call, a unit number, a repair order, or a truck sitting on the side of the road. We do not always see the businesses, drivers, families, hospitals, stores, and communities depending on what that truck is carrying.

That night reminded us that we do far more than repair trucks.

We keep businesses moving, protect livelihoods, and sometimes help put formula in a baby’s bottle.

That is why every call matters.

That is what it means to be part of All Fleet.

Tim sent this picture to the team, and we decided it deserved a post.

That somehow turned into 14 drafts, a debate over the wording, and someone asking if the old phone number still works.

One of All Fleet’s first business cards from 2007, back when it was Tim, Wayne, one truck, one phone, and absolutely no sleep.

Today, we’re in 20+ states with more than 150 people.

A lot has changed. Except, apparently, how long it takes us to agree on a post.

The basic plan is still the same: answer the phone, show up, and take care of the customer.

Most breakdowns don't happen because of bad luck.

They happen because a small problem was given enough time to become a big one.

The shoulder is the most expensive parking spot in America. Every minute a truck sits there costs money, in repairs, downtime, missed deliveries, and lost productivity.

Don't wait for a breakdown to tell you your fleet needs attention.

Let All Fleet help you stay ahead with a customized preventive maintenance program.

🇺🇸 250 years ago, freedom wasn't a country. It was an idea.

Before there were 50 states...

Before there were interstate highways stretching from coast to coast...

Before there were diesel engines, smartphones, satellites, or GPS...

There was only an idea.

An idea so dangerous that believing in it could cost you your home, your livelihood, your freedom, even your life.

On July 4, 1776, fifty-six men chose to believe in that idea anyway.

They placed their names beneath words that would echo through history:

"We mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."

They knew exactly what those words meant.

If they failed, they would be remembered as traitors.

If they succeeded, generations they would never meet would inherit something they themselves might never fully experience.

Freedom.

Two hundred and fifty years later...

That promise is still being carried forward.

Not only by presidents or generals.

But by millions of ordinary Americans.

The farmer who rises before dawn.

The nurse working through the night.

The firefighter answering one more alarm.

The police officer beginning another shift.

The soldier standing watch far from home.

The teacher preparing tomorrow's lesson.

The truck driver crossing another state line.

The diesel technician fixing a breakdown at 2:00 in the morning.

The dispatcher who answers the phone because someone, somewhere, needs help.

These are the people who rarely make history books.

Yet history could not have been written without people like them.

Every meal delivered.

Every hospital supplied.

Every bridge built.

Every community rebuilt after a storm.

Every mile traveled across this nation...

Exists because someone decided their work mattered.

That has always been America's greatest strength.

Not perfection.

Not wealth.

Not power.

Ordinary people doing extraordinary things for one another.

Tonight, fireworks will light the sky across the nation.

For a few moments, they'll remind us of the courage that began 250 years ago.

But when the last firework fades, America will continue the same way it always has.

Ordinary people doing extraordinary things for one another.

From all of us at All Fleet, thank you.

Happy Independence Day.

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America.

Today, we want to recognize the fathers who show up every day, both at home and on the road.

To the dads driving through the night to make a delivery on time.
To the technicians crawling under trucks in the heat, rain, and snow.
To the dispatchers answering calls around the clock.
To the fleet managers keeping operations moving.
To every father sacrificing time, sleep, and comfort to provide for their families.

We see you.

The trucking industry isn’t a 9-to-5 job. It demands long hours, missed holidays, late nights, and early mornings. Yet countless fathers continue to answer the call because they understand that their families are counting on them.

At All Fleet Inc., we’re proud to support the men and women who keep America’s freight moving. Today, we especially honor the fathers whose hard work, dedication, and sacrifice make a difference both on the highway and at home.

Thank you for the example you set.
Thank you for the sacrifices you make.
Thank you for being the backbone of your family and our industry.

From our All Fleet family to yours, we wish you a safe, relaxing, and well deserved Father’s Day.

Happy Father’s Day!

Today, we remember the heroes who gave everything for this country.

At All Fleet Inc., we spend every day supporting the drivers, fleets, and industries that keep America moving coast to coast. On Memorial Day, we’re reminded that the freedom to do that was paid for by the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our nation.

Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment will never be forgotten.

While our teams continue responding to breakdowns and keeping trucks rolling across America today, we do so with gratitude for those who gave us that opportunity.

From the entire All Fleet family, thank you to our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We never forget.
