Ricky Bell Harrison, born on October 23, 1958, in Marianna, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 28, 2025, in Kernersville, North Carolina, at the age of 66.
Ricky was a man of many talents and passions. He was the proud founder of H&H Auto Repair, where he combined his love for mechanics and teaching his sons the value of honest business practices. A true outdoorsman, Ricky found joy and serenity in nature. He spent many treasured moments camping, fishing, and boating. His adventurous spirit extended to the thrill of riding motorcycles, snow skiing, and water skiing. He had a particular fondness for rebuilding vintage motorcycles as well as painting and restoring classic cars.
Ricky's greatest joy came from sharing his passions and skills with his children and grandchildren, imparting life lessons and creating lasting memories.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dan Harrison; his mother, Billie Faye Flowers; and his brother, Keith Harrison.
Ricky leaves behind his beloved wife of 49 years, Joni Hendley Harrison. He is also survived by his two sons, Daniel Harrison and his wife Angel, and Phillip Harrison and his wife Angela; his daughter, Sunni Weatherly and her husband Greg; his sister, Lisa Raffaniello and her husband Ed; and his step-mother, Virginia Harrison. He was a cherished PawPaw to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a beloved uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his extended family, including aunts and uncles, and his wide circle of friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 3 PM at Belews Creek Cowboy Church, 7505 Preston Road, Belews Creek, NC 27009.

Ricky Bell Harrison will be remembered for his unwavering love of family, warmth, generosity, and the indelible mark he left on the hearts of those who knew him.
