Policy Change
We are honored to have you as a customer and 99% of you do exactly what we ask of you. The following policy change is for the 1% who can’t seem to do the right thing….
Effective Immediately, anyone that schedules a card payment for a time other than when we see you will receive 1 text message in the morning if your card does not process. Now we understand things happen ( bank errors, card was hacked etc) and will will always work with you to get that straight. That being said, it is YOUR responsibility to return my message before the close of business ( 5pm) If you chose to not take that responsibility seriously, your account WILL be charged a $35 Insufficient funds fee. If that occurs for a 2nd time it will result in a $50 fee and the 3rd time you will immediately lose your credit card privilege on my truck. What does that mean? All payments will be cash only. You will lose the ability to make purchases until any balances are paid in full and subsequent purchases will be paid in full cash only. If this seems harsh…Tough. I’m tired of chasing a couple people for hours on end to get the payment you agreed to, If you are unhappy about that, may in suggest another truck, but you likely aren’t paying them either.
Once again for the 99% of you that are great customers, sorry to make you sit through reading this and we value your business

For the 250th anniversary of this great country, Mac has come up with a very cool shirt. I promise we will never see an occasion like this again in our lives. Yes I will have them, no they won't last until the flyer gets here and yes I can still get some more on order for the next day or 2 but when they are gone...they are gone. Get with me ASAP. Ill add your name to the list.
