We're not your standard "muffler shop" that only cares about installing "cookie cutter", poorly bent and poorly flowing OEM systems, we specialize in premium naturally aspirated/turbo & supercharger piping fabrication, custom thick wall stainless exhaust systems and custom headers for your project. We only use high quality thick wall mandrel bent piping and associated materials and will not sacrifice quality. All of our fabrication is done in house and is TIG welded for quality, strength and appearance. We can also help with your other needs: Custom stainless or aluminum fuel tanks, catch cans, overflow tanks, V-band clamps, O2 sensor b**gs or general welding needs. No mater the material, Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, Castings or Mild Steels, we can cover your needs. Quality and customer service are my goals with your welding projects and we offer a "Lifetime Limited Warranty" on our workmanship, so if you ever have an issue and we find it to be our fault we'll fix it for you free of charge.

Great looking K5 Blazer in today for a fully custom 2.5 exhaust.

After removing the old system you can see the lack of quality someone put into installing the last system.

What you are seeing is light poking through the welded joint with a flash light inserted into the pipe.

This was right next to the O2 b**g for the Holley Termintor system. This causes lots of issues including tuning the system properly, fuel trim issues, loss of mileage, poor driveability etc.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people give up on aftermarket EFI because of poor installations like this. The system needs to be air tight to work as designed!

Quality takes time to be done right, this is what we pride ourselves in.

Unfortunately this is the kind of quality you get from most “muffler shops” that are just there to get’em in and get’em out.

Little TRX muffler swap today….swapped out factory mufflers for 3”x12” Ace Race Parts resonators. Perfect balance with no drone but increase of say 20-30% aggressiveness and no rasp.
