This might be the worst frame rot we have seen. The leaf spring mounts ripped out of the frame and the whole axle shifted back. The spring shackles are the only thing left keeping the axle in the truck. Luckily they can’t move back anymore than this, one more inch and the driveshaft would have come out.

Oh and this truck was due for inspection in January.
