This is a special post. October 21, 2017 this Civic Sport came to our home for David's very first tint job after attending Tint school the week before. It was a pre-cut kit from 3M and took him all day to complete (we can only imagine what that job looked like 🤪). Nearly 9 years later to the day our first ever customer, Justin, came back to see us with his brand new Tacoma and got upgraded with our Xpel XR Black.

This is a testament to our quality and workmanship here at Atomic and the loyalty of our customers. We have been blessed to serve our community for nearly 9 years and we look forward to many, many years to come.

Thank you to our customers over the past 9 years. Whether you came to see us 1 time or 15 times, every visit means a lot to us. Quality work and carrying top performing film has always been one of the most important aspects of how we operate at ATS. Gods gotten us through no HVAC, Covid, inflation, profitable times, not profitable times, and we don't take what we do here for granted. 💙🧡

Last week we traveled to the hidden city: Carnesville that was absolutely beautiful and secluded and no one ever needs to move there and Barrow it up. 🤣🤪 Just keep it a peaceful, hidden gem. 🧡
Anyway we went out there to help a customer keep all that heat out from the afternoon sun in the garage. We installed the top performing architecture film XPEL Architectural Clear View Plus 40. This gives a beautiful finish yet blocks out up to 94% of the infrared rays.
This was a fun project and lunch afterwards was amazing too!

Y'all it's my bedtime (9:30) and I just realized I forgot to make our !!! Last week was a doozey of a time but it was a lot of fun! Lots and lots of windshields, a few flat glass installs (wait until you see the garage we did!) and even a fire truck. Thank y'all to the many new and several returning customers who came to see us this past week! We're always so incredibly blessed with awesome customers. I don't just say that we truly mean it! Y'all are the best!! 🧡💙

This coming week going into Labor Day, we have spots available. We will be off site tomorrow morning until 12pm-ish and CLOSED the following Monday for labor day.

We hope y'all had a great weekend and start praying for some fall weather, these 90+ degree days are getting old. 🫠 See y'all back tomorrow at 12pm! ✌️

Members of our community are invited to stop by Maddox Memorial Home during our business hours from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM to sign the register book and share your condolences for Dolly Parton. The register book will be forwarded to the Parton family in Nashville, Tennessee.

The register book will remain at the funeral home until Friday, September 4, 2026.

We've had some fun lately tinting over at the Barrow Fire Department! Our men and women at BCFD work hard to keep our community safe and they're always a fun group to hang out with when we head over to tint for them! 🧑‍🚒🚒🔥 Make sure to always thank our First Responders when you see them in the wild! 👋

Last week was....weird. It was a great week filled with tinting (of course), dash cam installs, Glassparency applications, and even tinting some super cool Fire Engines for BCFD...but overall it was a quieter week. We're always thankful for our amazing customers who come to see us. But just remember that we are a small business and when you NO SHOW (completely different from cancelling) it affects us. Communication is appreciated and we can always reschedule your appointment, which is never a problem. But when you confirm your appointment and then not even show, it's extremely frustrating and disrespectful to us and our team. This is true for not just Atomic but ALL your small businesses. So just keep this in mind next time you have an appointment with a mom and pop shop... they rely on you showing up and that's taking a spot someone else also could have come in for. Anyway that's our PSA for this beautiful Sunday. 💙🧡

And now reflecting on next week....it's also going to be a weird week. 🤪 We will be OFF SITE tomorrow 9:30-4pm and all day Thursday. Candace will be answering the phones and messages but we won't be at the shop. We do have maybe a few openings for this week so if you're trying to get on the schedule before the weekend make sure to call ASAP!

Looking ahead at Labor Day, we will be CLOSED for some R&R.
