1979 Camaro – Custom Exhaust Fabrication
This ’79 Camaro came in with a healthy 454 that was severely restricted by small headers and a 2” exhaust.
We installed ceramic-coated headers, then custom-fabricated the complete stainless-steel exhaust system, carefully fitting and routing each section for proper clearance, smooth transitions, and maximum flow.
The finished system gives the big block room to breathe, with better performance and the sound this Camaro deserves.

1948 Anglia Drag Car — Electric Power Steering Upgrade
We’ve worked on this 1948 Anglia drag car in the past, and this time the project was to install an electric power steering system. The biggest challenge? Space. There was very little room to work with, and I wasn’t sure the conversion was even going to be feasible.

Before ordering the kit, I designed and 3D printed a mock-up along with templates to help determine exactly how everything would fit and where the components needed to be positioned. This allowed us to work through the fitment before committing to the actual installation.
Once we determined it was going to work, we ordered the kit and got started fabricating custom mounting brackets that were TIG welded directly to the frame, set up new steering linkage, and securely mounted the rack-and-pinion assembly.
We also mounted a control module and integrated a speed sensor for adjustable steering assist based on vehicle speed.

This was definitely one of those installations where planning and fabrication were just as important as the installation itself. The 3D printed mock-up allowed us to solve the fitment issues ahead of time and gave us a solid plan before cutting and welding on the car.

Another unique upgrade that required thought, fabrication, and attention to detail.

1965 Mustang Pro Touring — Major Upgrades & Custom Fabrication

We’ve worked on this ’65 Mustang before, but this time the plan was to tackle some of the bigger upgrades and address a lot of the details that make a high-end pro touring car work properly.

This one turned into a pretty extensive project:

• Completely disassembled everything behind the dash to repair wiring, clean up the installation, and properly route everything
• Installed a Bluetooth radio and cleaned up the surrounding wiring
• Removed the original swing pedal assembly and installed a new one for improved pedal positioning and a better engagement angle for the driver
• Modified the firewall to accommodate the new master cylinder and electric power-assist brake system
• The brake master installation was especially tight, requiring the unit to fit between the Coyote 5.0 engine and the new billet hood hinge
• Fabricated and installed a protective shield around the electric brake-assist unit
• Fabricated all-new stainless-steel brake lines
• Upgraded the rear brake system and fabricated new brake lines on the rear axle for a much cleaner installation
• Welded stainless exhaust bellows into the exhaust system to help accommodate engine movement and reduce stress on the exhaust
• Installed billet hood hinges and spent the time to properly align the hood to the body
• Disassembled and modified the heater box
• 3D printed custom ductwork to allow the factory plenum to work with the custom transmission tunnel
• Fabricated a new air intake tube
• Fitted a v***r charcoal canister system for the fuel system
• Repaired and corrected numerous fittings, connections, and small details throughout the car

A lot of the work on a project like this isn’t necessarily the parts you can see when the car is finished. It’s the hours spent making everything fit, function properly, and look like it belongs there.

A beautiful piece of American history just rolled through the shop. 🇺🇸

This 1965 Ford Galaxie was recently purchased by its new owner and shipped to us for a full inspection and maintenance before heading to its new home.

Our goal with this car was simple: keep it reliable while preserving its original, period-correct look.

Here’s what we took care of:• Full fluid service• New belts and hoses• Resealed a few leaks• Replaced the exhaust system• Installed new shocks• Serviced the brake system• Corrected the operation of the aftermarket gauges

Everything was done with the intention of keeping the car looking just the way it should — classic, clean, and true to its era.

1932 Ford | Cadillac 500 | Custom Exhaust & Safety Upgrades

This ’32 Ford rolled into the shop running a Cadillac 500 and side pipes, but the customer wanted a full exhaust routed out the back. Tight chassis, big motor, zero room… challenge accepted.

We custom-routed 3” stainless exhaust with electric cutouts, tucked cleanly out the rear while keeping proper clearance throughout. Along the way, we found the brake and fuel lines were in rough shape, with multiple areas raising safety concerns. After reviewing everything with the customer, we decided the right move was to replace all brake and fuel lines—giving us proper routing, improved safety, and a much cleaner overall look.

To make everything work together, we also:
• Corrected rack & pinion mounting and interference issues
• Shortened the steering column and re-routed the steering shaft around the new exhaust
• Reworked A/C hoses, heater hoses, and electrical routing for proper clearance and reliability

1972 Datsun 240Z – Ready for Summer ☀️

This beautiful 1972 Datsun 240Z was purchased online by our customer and shipped to our shop so we could go through it thoroughly and make sure everything was right from day one.

Good call on that decision 👍 During our inspection and maintenance process, we found the coolant needed to be serviced to ensure proper freeze protection and overall cooling performance. We also addressed a few other fluids and made several key adjustments to get the car dialed in.

Now that it has has been sorted, checked, and road-ready. We’ve delivered it back to the customer, and this classic Z is ready to be enjoyed all summer long.

Fresh out of the shop — this 1956 Corvette is back on the road and running exactly how it should.

This car spent an extended period in storage, so our goal was simple: go through every system and bring it back to reliable, factory-correct driving condition.

Here’s what we tackled:
🔧 Drained and cleaned the entire fuel system
🔧 Removed the 2×4 intake and carb setup and reinstalled a freshly rebuilt original intake and carburetor
🔧 Set the valves
🔧 Pulled spark plugs, checked compression, installed fresh plugs, and set timing
🔧 Completely disassembled the brake system
• Rebuilt wheel cylinders
• NOS replacement master cylinder
• Drum brakes adjusted correctly
🔧 Replaced the rear differential with a Posi-trac unit
🔧 Flushed and serviced the cooling system

The result is a C1 Corvette that starts easily, runs clean, stops confidently, and stays true to its original character — exactly how these early Corvettes deserve to be driven.

This 1946 Ford was built by Boyd Coddington in the late ’90s, and it still shows the timeless design and attention to detail that defined that period of high-end customs.

We had it in the shop to sort out the cooling fan operation, updating the fan controller to improve reliability and keep temperatures in check—without disturbing the original look and feel of the build.
