To the customer who called and berated my only employee and told them how disappointed you were in them:
First of all, you do not pick how long it takes to fix something. You cannot expect an all day job to be complete in a few hours.
Secondly, my only employee is still on a weight restriction from a major surgery.
Third, we have other customers besides you.
Fourth, half of our tools were stolen and we are trying to do our best.
Fifth-99: the owner died and we are trying our best to keep the doors open despite numerous hurdles. I am trying to find help but no one wants to work. I can barely stand to be there at times because it brings me to tears. Poor Jacob is working nights and weekends trying to catch up.
So please excuse us for disappointing you. Feel free to go be disappointed somewhere else.

While we were out of town honoring our fallen hero...
At approximately 3:45 Sunday morning 5/4, Sanders' Service Auto Repair & Towing was broken into. The suspect climbed over the back fence and went through a side door. He is wearing a mask and unplugged and knocked down cameras on his way through the shop. He went almost directly to the office and unplugged all of the cameras. The suspect was inside the building for at least half an hour gathering items. He did manage to take the cash drawer and many thousands of dollars in tools. He also left some items in the back lot (maybe he planned to come back for but did not). $500 reward for information leading to an arrest! Additional video in comments.

Sanders' Service will be closed Friday May 2nd- Monday May 5th. We will be traveling to Maryland to honor our owner and fallen firefighter, Rick Sanders at the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial.
