🎉 A RECORD MONTH — AS WE APPROACH 7 YEARS! 🎉

As Wi******er Collision Center approaches our 7th anniversary this November, we couldn’t think of a better way to head into that milestone.

This October, we didn’t just hit the goals we set for ourselves—we finished with the BEST MONTH IN THE HISTORY OF WCC!!!!!! 💥

But numbers don’t repair cars.

People do.

And that’s why the biggest thank-you today goes to our employees.

These guys are the reason the doors open every morning and the reason vehicles keep moving through this shop. They put in the long hours. They stay late when something needs finished. They deal with the tough jobs, unexpected problems, parts delays, supplements, calibrations, deadlines, and everything else that comes with this business.

Most customers will never see everything that happens behind the scenes to get their vehicle back to them.

We see it!!!!!!!!

We see the early mornings. We see the late evenings. We see the hustle when the shop is packed. We see people stepping up to help another department when things get backed up.

🚗📡 FIXING THE DAMAGE IS ONLY PART OF THE REPAIR.

Today’s vehicles are a LOT smarter than they used to be.

Cameras, radar and sensors can help control features like:

➡️ Automatic emergency braking
➡️ Lane departure warnings
➡️ Adaptive cruise control
➡️ Blind-spot monitoring
➡️ Parking and collision-warning systems

After certain collision repairs, suspension work, alignments or component replacement, these systems may require ADAS calibration to make sure they’re operating as intended.

And yes — we do that right here at Wi******er Collision Center.

🦌🚗 IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN…

If you drive around Wi******er and the surrounding area, you already know what we’re talking about.

DEER. EVERYWHERE.

And as we move deeper into fall, those early-morning and evening drives deserve a little extra attention.

If a deer runs into your path:

⚠️ Stay alert around dawn and dusk
⚠️ Watch the shoulders — not just the road ahead
⚠️ If you see one deer, assume there may be more nearby
⚠️ Avoid dangerous, uncontrolled swerving
⚠️ After an impact, get somewhere safe and inspect the vehicle before continuing

And remember — deer damage isn’t always just a bumper and a headlight.

There can be additional damage behind what you see from the outside.

🚨 “THE CAR STILL DRIVES… SO IS IT SAFE TO KEEP DRIVING?”

We hear versions of this question all the time after an accident.

And the answer isn’t always as simple as it looks.

A vehicle can appear to have relatively minor damage while still having issues you can’t easily see.

After a collision, things worth paying attention to can include:

⚠️ Tires rubbing or damaged wheels
⚠️ Leaking fluids
⚠️ Loose bumpers or body panels
⚠️ Damaged lights
⚠️ Steering or suspension that suddenly feels different
⚠️ Warning lights on the dash
⚠️ Damage hidden behind bumpers and exterior panels

Just because a vehicle moves doesn’t automatically mean everything underneath is okay.

🚨 5 THINGS MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW UNTIL AFTER THEY’VE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT

Nobody plans on getting into a wreck.

But knowing what to do BEFORE it happens can make an already stressful situation a whole lot easier.

1️⃣ You have a choice where your vehicle is repaired.
Your insurance company may recommend a repair facility, but you can choose the shop you want.

2️⃣ Take more pictures than you think you need.
Photograph the damage, both vehicles, license plates, the surrounding area and anything else that may be important.

3️⃣ What you see isn’t always all the damage.
A bumper that doesn’t look terrible from the outside can have additional damage hidden underneath.

4️⃣ The first estimate isn’t always the final repair cost.
Additional damage may be discovered once the vehicle is properly disassembled and inspected.

5️⃣ Know who you’re going to call BEFORE you need them.
That’s where we come in.
