It has been a busy couple weeks with rideable local snow. As it gets busier we are seeing delays in parts getting packed and shipped to us. It has gotten so busy that some of the tracking we use to check order status is not working properly.
We cannot control these factors, all we can say is we order it when you say go. Parts are not overnight anymore.
We are beginning to see some items sold out for the season or go on Backorder. One item that we are running low on is Synthetic 2T oil. It is presently on back order scheduled to be off at the end of this month. Our solution is to go back to the old days and pull from our stock of barrels. It may not be in a Ski-doo jug when you come in but can guarantee it’s the real stuff.
Our team is pushing hard right now, they continue to strive to meet the demands of you our customers. It’s definitely go time. Sometimes a simple thank you is all they need to hear 😉. We see them running a marathon each and everyday, eating lunch on the run and cold most days itching to ride themselves.
