Customer called in and asked about a SUV that we had in our inventory. After I confirmed that the vehicle was available, I invited him to the store.
He arrived and we went out to the vehicle. We walked around it as I explained the features and benefits to him. He liked it so far and we went onto a test drive ... you know the rest

An internet lead came in, yesterday. She asked if we had a certain Chevy Traverse that she saw on Autotrader. I confirmed it's availability and made an appointment for this morning.
She arrived and I already had the vehicle up front and running with the air blowing cold ... man it was a scorcher this morning 😁
I walked her around the vehicle, explaining the features and benefits and we went onto the test drive.

I had an appointment, for the next day, with a customer on a vehicle that we had at our sister store. We went and got the vehicle for them and had it ready for their appointment.
They arrived today and did not go to that vehicle immediately. I went over to where they were and greeted them. He told me that he had talked to someone, the day before, about a truck that they had traded recently and he wanted to check that truck out. Perfect ! I explained that it was a very nice truck and well taken care of. I went to go get the keys and we went onto the test drive.

A customer came to the store, from out of town. He explained that he had been looking for a particular Gladiator, for quite some time. He also explained that there are many out there, he wanted it a particular color and already modified with a lift.
Well, he took a chance and made the drive without verifying if it was available. Luckily for him, it was !
We went to the truck and since I am a Jeep owner, I was able to answer some technical questions for him. We went onto the test drive ... you know the rest

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine called to see if we had any brand new Yukon. Vehicle is for his wife. Now, for those of you that don't know, it is extremely difficult to keep new Yukon in inventory, especially at our prices.
We had a brief conversation, and I informed him that we had one coming in, like they wanted and that it was available !
It arrived yesterday and they took delivery this morning !

Customer came to the store, from Raleigh, asking about a few Mazda CX-30 that we had in inventory. I confirmed the availability of all 3 and went to go get the one that most interest him.
I performed a thorough walk around of the vehicle, giving him the features and benefits. Away onto a test drive ...
When we returned he told me that he had never been treated so nicely by any automotive sales person and also informed me that he didn't buy from any Raleigh Mazda store, because he wasn't treated nicely.
