Cyclemax | Online Ecommerce Department
Cyclemax is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team! This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with computers, managing online inventory, and getting involved in the day-to-day operations of an ecommerce department.
Experience with online selling platforms is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Photograph inventory and create accurate, detailed online listings.
List and manage products across online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Whatnot, and Facebook Marketplace.
Research market values and determine competitive pricing for inventory.
Locate and pull inventory for customer orders.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory and a clean, functional work area.
Ensure product descriptions, photos, pricing, and order details are accurate.
Qualifications
Computer literate with the ability to learn new software and online platforms.
Experience with or an understanding of ecommerce marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Whatnot, and Facebook Marketplace is preferred.
Some mechanical knowledge or familiarity with parts and equipment is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
No ecommerce experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a warehouse and inventory environment where the work can get physical and sometimes dirty.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, sit, kneel, stoop, bend, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to handle, organize, and package a variety of inventory items.
