What started as a frustrating service visit turned into a great experience because Chris did what Chris does...he listened, kept his customer informed, helped find a solution, and made sure they felt taken care of along the way.

We received the sweetest email from one of our customers, and we couldn’t let it go by without giving Angel the recognition she deserves!

If you’ve had your vehicle serviced at Lee Ford, chances are you’ve talked to Angel. She’s our Service Customer Care Rep.

She’s the friendly voice reminding you about your appointment, checking in afterward to make sure everything went well, helping with FordPass, finding ways to help you SAVE on your service visits, tracking down information when you need it...and pretty much our go-to when a customer needs a little extra help.

What makes this email even more special is that Holly spent 24 years in customer service herself and said, “I recognize outstanding service when I see it.”

We couldn’t agree more. 💙
