First off we would like to thank all our men and women 👮🏻‍♂️👮🏻at the Police Department and Fire Department 👨🏻‍🚒👩🏻‍🚒 and the ESDA Department and the City Guys for helping our town yesterday.

As of right now we are still out of power 🤷🏻‍♀️and not sure when it will be back on.

So for now our phone ☎️ is still working and we will be here to make appointments. We will contact all of you that have appointments and keep you updated.

Update due to no power and not knowing when it will be turned back on we will be closed for the remaining of the day. How ever the phone still works so we will answer if you need to make an appointment.

Well we came back from lunch and now we don’t have power! 🤔 Hopefully it will come back on soon!🤷🏻‍♀️ But the phone still works so if you need to schedule an appointment Danielle is ready to take your call!

Update!!! This is why we love our town, within 30 minutes of this post we received calls from numerous Freinds and customers willing to help find a good family a car for a price they could afford. They found one and thank you to everyone who called!

Does anyone out there have a used car they are looking to sell very soon. We have a family at the shop here who could really use a good car to get them to work and they don’t have a lot of extra cash 2500 to 3500 is their price range

Illinois Department of Transportation is out today working on drainage issue. Kudos to whoever got the ball moving on this it’s a long overdue Saftey issue. Hopefully this provides temporary relief until the real issue can be fixed properly.

Modern marvel engineering right here in beautiful downtown Wilmington! 5 minutes of rain and this is what we get! Every rain it does this, it’s gotten worse since last repave. I wonder when the trucks and semis hit this water at 40 mph like they do I wonder how long the wall at Fisher auto parts will stay standing before it collapses or a head on collision? Maybe Illinois Department of Transportation or the city of Wilmington leaders could look into this before it turns bad. very unfortunate in 2026 this is the best we can do!
