This position involves successfully identifying customers’ needs and recommending products and services that best suit them.
Keys to success as a Rental Sales Agent will be: professional customer service, clear communication skills, creativity and resourcefulness as well as excellent persuasion skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time
· Open and close rental agreements
· Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services.
· Answer phones and confirm customer reservations
· Complete vehicle inspections
· Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize productivity
· Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold
· Keep office clean and workspace organized.
Requirements
· Driver's license and a clean driving record
· Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and strong organizational skills
· Energetic and sales driven
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of customer service experience
· Professional communication skills and resolution experience
· Proficient in general office equipment (computers, calculators, copiers, etc.)

Champion Rentals: Customer Counter Agent

DESCRIPTION
Assist in the completion of customer transactions while providing superior customer service.
Open and close rental contracts.
Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
Promote and sell coverage and upgrades (additional insurance, GPS, upgrade in rental type, etc.)
Clean & Inspect vehicles (washing, vacuuming, gassing, etc.) and prepare for rental.
Occasionally help shuttle rental vehicles to and from other locations
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and professional work space.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other locations when needed.

$15/HR start

We are hiring 1 position for our Budget Truck Rental location for weekends beginning immediately.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting customers with renting and returning Budget Trucks and trailers, cleaning returned vehicles, organizing vehicles on our lots.
Must be customer service and goal driven!
This could turn into FT down the road OR we can supplement FT if interested in driving days for our FedEx delivery business. (same owner)
Must be 18 or older, 21 or older to also deliver.

We are hiring 1 position for our Budget Truck Rental location for weekends and 1 FT floating position between our locations.
Both positions begin immediately.
Weekend position averages 10 hours, FT is 40(+).
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting customers with renting and returning Budget Trucks and trailers, cleaning returned vehicles, organizing vehicles on our lots.
Must be customer service and goal driven!
The PT position can turn into FT with the right candidate.
Must be 18 or older.
Must have a clean driving record.
We do run a criminal background check but we discuss on a case by case basis. Life happens and we do not hold that against you depending on charges. Please respond with your resume to schedule an interview.

The Budget Trucks of Wilmington would like to send a special THANK YOU to the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, NC for assisting in the recovery of the illegal possession of one of our rental trucks this evening. It is very very disheartening that a local "business" would do this to another local business.
