In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers to transport freight within local towns like Southport, Shallotte, Whiteville, & Laurinburg, all while enjoying driving in beautiful Eastern North Carolina! No more that 150 miles a day. Home every night. Your expertise in various truck types combined with your dedication to safety will drive our success forward.
Pay based on Experience. $20 - $40 hr.

Duties
• Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated local routes.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement.
• Route driving through specified areas while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and shift reports to ensure compliance and operational transparency.
• Assist with yard duties such as trailer swaps or repositioning trucks within the facility when necessary.
Qualifications
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling.
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
