Our service department has a position available immediately for Experienced Service technician. Most employees have been with us over 20 years.

Experienced Service Technician - Job Description:

Service Technician will perform necessary maintenance and repair on recalls, general maintenance, and diagnostics. In addition to general service technician responsibilities, job duties will also include:

Experienced Service Technician - Job Responsibilities:

-Productive diagnosis, repair and replacement of general automotive parts and accessories

-Safety inspections

-Diagnostic services with electronic test equipment

-Specialized repair and replacement services to include: fuel injection systems, on-board computer systems, and emission control systems

-General repair and replacement services to include: resurfacing rotors and drums, disc drums and brakes, struts and suspension, engine performance (tune-up), fuel systems, cruise control, sound systems, exhaust systems, fluid and filter service, heating and cooling systems, A/C systems, drive train/U-joint service, front wheel drive/constant velocity joints and specialty installations, general engine repair. Replace mount and balance tires.

Requirements

Experience required!

-Adhere to company policies, OSHA regulations and any other city/state mandated regulations.

-Special tools are provided but applicants MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.

-Basic computer skills required

-Must have valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA

-Must be able to be on time all the time.

Our dealership has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. He/She must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction.
Service Advisor responsibilities
• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day.
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

Requirements:Be on time every day
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
• Automotive service advisor experience.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
