Yipes! Auto & Graphics is a local vehicle accessories, graphics, design and sign company looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Yipes is seeking a full time graphic designer with 3+ years of experience. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and a quick learner that works closely with the Creative Director. The senior designer must excel with client communications, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great project management skills to work within tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

-Answering general phone calls, emails and working with walk-in customers

-Completes projects small or large from start to finish. (Proofing, Estimating, Scheduling, Production Design and Billing)

-Ability to uphold brand guidelines and design logos, vehicle graphics, interior graphics and signs within quick timelines

-Collaborate with in-house designers and outside design agencies

-Prepare production-ready designs in a timely manner

-Production of vinyl graphics and wide format digital prints

-Invoicing and customer billing

Additional Job Responsibilities Include:

-Becoming knowledgeable about our graphics department product line

-Becoming familiar with installers techniques and preferences

Required Software Experience:

-Adobe Illustrator

-Adobe Photoshop

Pay will be experience based. Please provide resume, references and portfolio upon applying.

Hours are - Monday thru Friday 8:00-4:30

Yipes! Auto & Graphics has an immediate opening for a full time 12 volt installation technician. We are looking to hire a hands-on leader that can handle multiple duties. Experience in vehicle electronics, remote starters, bolt-on accessories (step bars, tonneau covers, trailer hitches), heated & leather seat installation and lighting installation (amber and emergency) desired.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Experience working with 12 volt electrical systems.

- Ability to disassemble & reassemble vehicle dash, interior panels, and seats.

- Ability to follow wiring schematics and diagrams.

- Ability to cut, drill, and fit brackets, supports, covers, and fixtures according to manufacturer specifications.

- Experience with basic hand and power tools (crimpers, st*****rs, cutters, solder, impact gun, drill).

- Toolbox and set of tools. (Example: impact gun & sockets-standard and metric, ratchets-1/4", 3/8", 1/2", standard and metric wrenches). We do understand tools are a large investment and do not expect you to have everything in the beginning, but do expect you to have the basics.

- Ability to troubleshoot past installations.

- Detail oriented, organized, responsive and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain a clean work space.

- Ability to accomplish tasks within specified time frame.

- Takes personal pride on each job; treats each vehicle as if it were your own.

- Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid drivers license.

- Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to 75 pounds by hand .

- Ability to bend, twist, squat, crouch, kneel, reach and work in confined spaces.

- Occasional spray-in bedliner work may be required.

- Must be dependable - Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Saturday's may be necessary during peak season.

Yipes! Is in need of a full time vinyl graphics installer assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our lead vinyl installers by prepping vehicles, vinyl graphics and help with installs when needed. No prior experience needed, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is a great fit for someone that is hardworking, detail oriented and interested in vinyl installation.

Responsibilities:

- Prep Vehicles For Install: This task includes moving vehicles, removing old graphics/adhesive, detailed cleaning of areas for install and removing/installing hardware.

- Assist Installers: Grab supplies, pop rivets, do trim work or assist lead installers with vinyl installation when needed.

- Work With Production Team: Weeding, laminating, pre-masking and prepping graphics for installation.

Job Requirements Include:

- MUST work well with others

- Physical ability to climb ladders and work at elevations of up to 16 feet

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds of equipment

- Valid driver's license (CDL not needed but desired)

- Must be willing to work occasional late nights or early mornings when needed

Yipes! Auto& Graphics is seeking a hard working multi-skilled candidate to join our accessories team. As a Spray-in Bed liner Technician you are responsible for prepping/masking vehicles, applying our hot spray-in bed liner chemical via high pressure spray gun system and occasionally dealing with customers. In addition the Accessories Installer position will include installing vehicle accessories such as hitches, step bars, remote car starters, tool boxes, etc... Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and precise with an attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

Vehicle preparation & masking
Application of consistent spray-in liner coating
Overseeing, servicing, and performing upkeep on the spray gun and machine which controls the bed liner chemical application
Keeping work space and spray booth clean
Accessory installation, general shop help and cleaning
Required Skills:

Fork lift use, power tools and hand tools
Punctuality
Works well in a team environment
Cleanliness; appearance & work space
Work hours flexibility, Monday-Friday 8-4:30 a must
Required Abilities:

Time management to accomplish multiple tasks assigned daily
A knowledge of safe working practices
Efficiently communicate in person in a one-to-one or group setting
Work cooperatively with other company employees
This is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, balance, stooping, kneeling, reaching and lifting
Acceptable training and experience:
We will train. Spray in bed liner experience or vehicle painting/masking experienceis a plus!
