This Komatsu FG25ST had a complaint about a loud squealing issue that pointed to a failing wheel bearing. Our technician quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled both steer wheels, replaced the deteriorated bearings, packed them with fresh grease, and reassembled everything to factory specifications.

This Hyster S120FT came to us with a serious brake failure that took it out of operation. Our technician quickly diagnosed a failed master/booster assembly and wasted no time getting the repair in motion.

Once the new assembly arrived, our technician removed the floor plate and dash, disconnected the old components, and installed the new master/booster assembly. This Yale GLP030 was sidelined due to a hydraulic fluid leak caused by failing tilt cylinder seals.

Our technician responded quickly, sourced the necessary parts, and returned the very next day to complete the repair. The tilt cylinders were removed, rebuilt onsite with new seals, and reinstalled. We also took the extra step of repacking the customer’s spare cylinders so they’re ready when needed.

This 2017 Chevy Express 3500 started showing signs of a cooling system failure and was beginning to run hot. Getting ahead of the issue prevented a much bigger and more expensive breakdown.

Our technician quickly sourced the needed parts locally and got the unit into a safe working area. The cooling system was drained and disassembly began, including removal of the air cleaner assembly, radiator shroud, fan blade, upper radiator hose, belt, tensioner, heater hoses, and failed water pump.

After cleaning all mating surfaces, a new water pump and gaskets were installed along with a new belt tensioner and belt. The system was reassembled, vacuum filled with fresh coolant to remove all air pockets, brought up to operating temperature, topped off, and thoroughly inspected.

THIS ONE WASN’T FOR THE FAINT OF HEART 💥

A Caterpillar GP40KL came to a complete stop with a no-start condition, putting operations on hold. What followed was a major onsite repair that many shops would have required transportation for.

Our technician arrived onsite, disconnected the battery, removed the hood, drained all fluids, disconnected the engine harness, removed the bell housing and torque converter bolts, and pulled the engine from the unit. Once the engine was out, the failed flywheel was removed and replaced before everything was carefully reassembled and installed back into the machine.

No shop. No towing. No wasted time.

After reinstallation, the unit was started, tested, and confirmed repaired before being returned to service—all within 3 days of the initial breakdown.

🔧 Another Mobile Repair Completed and Back on the Road! 🔧

During a routine PM inspection on this 2019 Volvo VHD equipped with a D13 engine, our technicians caught a rear timing cover leak before it could turn into a much bigger problem.

Once scheduled for downtime that worked best for the customer, our mobile service team arrived onsite and got right to work. This wasn’t a quick fix—multiple engine components had to be removed to gain access, including the valve cover assembly, injector harness, coolant crossover piping, and rear engine harness.

After carefully removing the timing cover, all sealing surfaces were cleaned and prepped, a new strip seal was installed, RTV applied where required, and the cover was precisely aligned using specialty alignment tools to ensure a factory-quality seal. The engine was then reassembled, the cooling system serviced, and the repair thoroughly tested.

💥 Another Customer Back in Business!

This 2022 Freightliner M2 106 Base equipped with a 2021 Kohler Generator was sidelined by a fuel leak. Thanks to our mobile repair service, a TCS technician responded directly to the customer’s location, quickly located the failed fuel line, and got straight to work.

A new fuel line was installed onsite, the system was properly bled, and the generator was fired up and tested to ensure everything was operating flawlessly before being returned to service.

🚧 Yale GLP050 Back in Action! 🚧

This Yale GLP050 was completely down and unable to operate. Our technician arrived onsite, quickly diagnosed the issue, and found severe spark plug thread damage that had caused the plugs to blow out of the cylinder head.

To get this unit back to reliable working condition, we replaced the cylinder head and installed a new timing set due to the machine’s hours of operation. After reassembly, fresh fluids were added, the engine was thoroughly tested, and the forklift was returned to service.
