A video does this Camaro more justice than pictures ever could.

This 2010 Camaro SS came in with heavy hard water etching across the hood, roof, trunk, quarter panels, and fenders.

After wet sanding, multi-step paint correction, and ceramic coating, the depth and gloss came back beautifully.

For 16-year-old black paint, this finish came out incredible!

2010 Camaro SS Transformation 🔥

This 2010 Camaro SS came in with severe hard water spot etching on the hood, roof, trunk, and upper portions of the fenders and quarter panels. Many of the defects had been sitting for years and had etched deeply into the paint.

To achieve the best possible result, we performed extensive wet sanding followed by a multi-step paint correction. While some of the deepest etching could not be safely removed without repainting, we were able to dramatically improve the finish while preserving the original factory paint.

The owner understood the limitations of paint correction on original paint and was thrilled with the outcome. We then protected the freshly corrected paint with a ceramic coating for long-lasting gloss and protection.

The result? Incredible gloss, clarity, and a finish that looks years younger. Just wow! ✨

👑 Ceramic Coating 18 Months Later… Still Going Strong 👑

This car was coated back in February 2024 with a single-layer 3-year coating (no topcoat). For the last 8 months it’s only been washed twice. I performed a maintenance wash to decon the coating and bring the hydrophobics back.

Here’s what I’ve thrown at it in that time:😎

🦟Bugs and 🐦 bird droppings sat on the paint — they washed right off, no etching. 🔥

Brake dust, water spots, and even tar came off with no damage.

The gloss never left. Even dirty, it still looked wet.

Hydrophobics came right back after the maintenance was performed. 💪

A lot of people think when water stops beading, the coating has failed. That’s not true. Hydrophobics fade from contamination, neglect, or using the wrong products especially if your installer never educated you on how to care for it. The protection is still there doing its job.

The whole point of a ceramic coating is long-term paint protection from UV, oxidation, etching, making cleanup easier. The slickness, gloss, and hydrophobics are just the bonuses.

2024 Infiniti QX80 – Multi-Step Paint Correction, Polish & 6-Year Ceramic Coating ✨

Before they reached out, the husband looked at his wife and said:
"This one just doesn’t clean up or bead like my truck that The King of Coatings ceramic coated two years ago."

We had this 2024 Infiniti QX80 in with 29,000 miles and heavy scratches from automatic car washes. The finish lacked the depth, protection, and ease of maintenance they were used to.

We performed a thorough multi-step paint correction and polish, including wet sanding deeper scratches on the hood and door. Once the surface was properly prepped, we locked in the gloss with our 6-year ceramic coating for long-lasting protection and easier maintenance moving forward.
