2018 Ram 5.7 Hemi camshaft/lifter failure! Getting a MDS delete, Texas speed camshaft and some new lifters to take care of the knock. Thanks to the customer for being patient during this process on the newer rams you have to send the pcm off for an unlock to even program the mds out of the pcm!
