Customer wanted some custom pin striping on his golf cart but didn’t know exactly what he wanted it to look like. Jeremy knocked it out of the part with a clean look but with some custom touches to really set this cart apart from the rest.

This customer originally come to us having door lock issues. She had taken it to two other shops to have aftermarket locks installed/repaired and not only didn’t they still work right, but one shop even cut the door lock cable so she couldn’t manually lock it unlocked her doors. Also, the customer likes to remove the doors but neither shop installed plugs for the door lock wires so there was no way to remove the doors anymore.

After talking with the customer, in the end we did a fully power door locks and window conversion. We used all factory parts including complete inner door cards, door panels, front and rear window switches and door plugs for a clean look. Now everything functions just as it did from the factory with power windows, door locks and even wired up the power mirrors which she will be upgrading to soon. She can now remove her doors just using the standard factory door plugs.

Look at this beautiful cart. Unfortunately when it came to us it didn’t run and the starter/generator was literally ratchet strapped in place, kinda, with bolts broke off and all. We got her running and the starter back in place and bolted down. Now the customer would like a little more speed out of this beauty so new rear end gear might be in order.
