Our shop continues to grow, and we’re looking to bring one new team member on for the Polished team.

📈 Sales Position (Commission Based)
Do you enjoy cars and working with people?
We’re looking for someone who:
• Knows a little about cars and genuinely likes them
• Likes the look of a Tesla but prefers the sound of a V8
• Enjoys challenges and competition (our team likes to win)
• Understands customer experience matters just as much as the product
At Polished, we do things differently.
We walk every customer through our shop, host quarterly customer dinners, and stay in touch with our clients long after their vehicle leaves.
Your role will be to represent that experience and guide customers through the services we provide.
We also believe in investing in our team. I regularly buy books for the guys to read because we believe in growing personally, not just professionally.
⚠️ If you struggle with being on time, this position will not work for you.
Our team shows up on time, works together, and delivers far more than just a clean or protected car.
💰 Base plus Commission Based — Expected Earnings $50,000 - $60,000
(based on past sales data and projected growth) as mentioned above, your salary is dependent on your sales.
Our current team is 21–33 years old, hardworking, competitive, and passionate about what we do.
