Would you like to hear how my day went? I called fedex 57 times trying to talk to a person, because we'll see our fedex driver pass by us 3 or 4 times a day with parts we need to finish customer vehicles.
When I finally did get to talk to a person, not only was she incredibly difficult, she basically said I'm SOL and there's nothing they're going to do about it.
So from now on, we will be shipping everything we can through UPS, because they actually get to us quickly, but for any products that only allow for fedex shipping, we will have to add an extra day to the estimated finishing time, and I'm sorry about that, I really tried to make it better for our customers.
