Does it come with a warranty?

That's a common question we receive about the services we provide. Let's take a quick look at what kind of warranties are offered depending on what kind of product and/or service you purchased.

Workmanship
We stand behind our work and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job that was done. If there’s any issues with the job, please reach out and let us know. We will take a look at and address any concerns you have and aim to make them right.

PPF/Clear Bra
We use XPEL paint protection film (ppf) which carries an industry-leading limited 10-year warranty that covers against yellowing, blistering, cracking, and delamination. PURE COLORED PFF also has a limited 10-year warranty covering bubbling, delaminating, and cracking.

Window Tint Film
We use XPEL automotive window film which comes with a lifetime warranty, covering issues like peeling, cracking, fading, and discoloration. This ensures that your investment in window film is protected for the long term.

Windshield Protection Film
We use XPEL Windshield Protection Film which comes with a 1-year/12,000 mile warranty that covers manufacturer defects, including peeling, cracking, yellowing, bubbling, hazing, and delamination. However, rock chips are not covered as the film is designed to act as a sacrificial layer to absorb damage before it reaches the windshield.

Ceramic Coatings
We offer XPEL and Ceramic Pro coatings. Warranty of the product will depend on the type of coating used. We have coatings formulated to last anywhere from 6 months to 8 years to “Lifetime.”

Vinyl Wraps
We recommend referring to the manufacturer’s website concerning vinyl warranties. Generally, warranty for vinyl films largely varies by manufacturer and is usually based on geographical location and whether it’s installed on a vertical or horizontal surface.
