What you can see on the surface is only part of the story.

After a collision, a bumper, fender, or door might not look that bad at first glance. But modern vehicles are packed with hidden components, sensors, brackets, impact absorbers, and structural parts that can only be inspected through proper disassembly.

That’s why we never estimate the full extent of damage based solely on what we can see from the outside. The repair process starts with a thorough teardown so we can identify all damage, create an accurate repair plan, and restore the vehicle according to manufacturer guidelines.

The goal isn’t just to make it look right. It’s to make sure it’s repaired right.

Not every customer is the right fit for Best Body Shop.

That might sound strange coming from a collision repair shop, but we’d rather be honest upfront than compromise on how a vehicle is repaired.

We will always use OEM parts when they’re required. We will always follow manufacturer repair procedures. And we will always put the safety and integrity of the vehicle ahead of saving an insurance company money.

Our goal isn’t just to repair vehicles. It’s to help educate consumers so they understand their rights and can confidently navigate the collision repair process.

The contract between you and your insurance company is exactly that… between you and your insurance company. We have never signed an agreement that allows us to ignore manufacturer guidelines or cut corners on repairs.

If you’re looking for a shop that will do whatever the insurance company says, we’re probably not the shop for you.

A flawless paint job starts long before the paint ever leaves the gun.

Every panel that enters our paint booth goes through a detailed preparation process. Cleaning, sanding, masking, inspecting, and rechecking every surface to make sure the foundation is right before color is applied.

These photos show Kyle carefully masking and preparing this bedside before paint. It’s the kind of work most people never see, but it’s one of the biggest factors in the quality of the final result.

The finish is only as good as the preparation behind it.

At Best Body Shop, we don’t cut corners. We follow a process.
