Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on what we did the following 2 weeks since the last post. Not too bad for cutting the week of thanksgiving into 2 days as well. Gonna start off with the cool stuff first then onto all the normal repairs.

If you guys need anything we have openings for next week. Thank you!

1957 Packard Clipper, vehicle had been sitting and running rough and needed to prep for sale. We assisted in getting the vehicle to the shop then proceeded rebuild the carburetor, build new spark plug wires and replaced the spark plugs, clean the distributor cap and rotor, verify and set ignition timing, clean the fuel/water separator, and flush the old fuel out of the tank. We then got it running great and delivered it. Pretty cool it has a factory supercharger.

Aston Martin DB9 in for a aftermarket downpipe set install.

Infiniti QX56 in for steering rack, front brakes, steering collar / intermediate shaft, tie rod ends, and an alignment.

2010 GMC Sierra which we cammed last year in for a front end rebuild with control arms, wheel hubs and CV axles.

1998 GMC Sierra in for a decent overhaul - replacing high side valve and charging AC, new spark plugs and wires, wiper blades, serpentine belt, front end rebuild to include - upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends/ pitman arm/ idler arm/ and an alignment, front brake job, rear differential service, B2S2 oxygen sensor, evap vent solenoid, oil pan gasket replacement, oil pressure sending unit, and 4 new tires.

Removed and cleaned tank and replaced filter and lines as needed, cleaned and tuned carb, replaced torque converter with a proper stall for its larger engine and cam, resealed shift shaft seal, installed Dakota digital gauges, rebuilt the front end suspension as needed, replaced plugs and wires and performed a leak down and compression test, rebuilt rear axle and installed proper lug studs.

Replaced the alternator and voltage regulator due to it not charging, and fuel pump due to it leaking. Replaced front right window motor. Replaced the turn signal switch as it was making the brake lights INOP. Removed and rebuilt the driveshaft for its u joints. Rebuilt entire rear end with reseal as it was leaking. Resealed transmission shift shaft seal by removing the valve body to do so. Replaced spark plugs and ignition wires.

2017 Mercedes Benz E300 for an engine and turbo replacement.

I’ve really been slacking lately on posting, but wanted to give another update on some shop work. This is what we did JUST this week alone.

F80 M3- valve cover gasket reseal with spark plug replacement, performed a brake flush, and replacing in the rear left corner- the cv axle, wheel hub, wheel bearing, wheel speed sensor and lug studs due to damage caused before the owner bought the vehicle.

1968 c10- adjusted the drum brakes, diagnosed the brakes to be locking up as a failed brake line which we repaired and bled the brakes on, then removed the cracked exhaust manifolds to replace with an upgraded set of Sanderson SBC headers.

C3 Corvette- came in backfiring and popping, verified and adjusted timing to 14 degrees, found burnt and damaged spark plug wires, we made a custom MSD set and routed them properly, then adjusted the carburetor as needed.

2012 GMC Sierra- came in with an engine misfire, determined a lifter had failed. We then performed a full DOD delete with an upgraded Melling oil pump, new camshaft and ls7 lifters.

2018 Ford F150- 3.5 ecoboost engine for timing chains and cam phasers replacement as a whole.

2009 Gen 2 CTSV- Originally came in for a tune check, upon a dyno pull found the vehicle was lean, we then performed a compression and leak down test and found a damaged piston. Wrapped up an entire build on this now. New rebuilt and forged shortblock we installed with a stage 3 blower cam, new lower pulley, circle d stall, balancer upgrade, injectors from FIC, and much much more. All in all it’s a stock blower car and still made 748 wheel horsepower with e85 on our dyno.

Chevy OBS- truck we ls3 swapped in the past. We finally upgraded to a circle D stall on then retuned accordingly, we also fixed an intake leak on it as well and did a full transmission flush on it with a new filter.

1980s Mercedes Benz- here’s a weird one. SBC 350 powered with a 700r4, replaced the u joint on the driveshaft, and installed / fabricated a new shifter that works properly and added a kick down cable so it finally drives as it should. This was a lot more work than it seems.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe- came in with a misfire, diagnosed it as a burned valve (literally had a hole in the valve). Removed the cylinder head and had the head repaired, surfaced and cleaned then reinstalled.

2003 Ford Excursion we had in prior for a plug blown out and power steering pump replacement. In for an evac and recharge as it was 3 pounds low and also needed an oil change. Diagnosed the rear air to not be working either as it needs a blend door replaced.

Lastly is a view of our little shop. Not a bad week for 3 guys total. If you need anything at all please feel free to reach out. Thank you!
