Novacek Automotive Novacek Automotive has provide complete automotive repair since Feb. 1993 Novacek Automotive was started in 1993 by the founder and owner Joe Novacek.

Joe Novacek's passion has always been cars. His first job was working on his Dad's car lot where he fell in love with cars. He started his business part time out of his personal garage helping friends and family and as his business grew through referrals he decide to go full time and in 1993 he opened his own shop. Novacek Automotive provides complete automotive repair.

The cheapest part in your engine bay can absolutely strand you. Belts and hoses go brittle with heat and age, and when a serpentine belt or a radiator hose lets go, you are not driving home, you are getting towed. Look for cracks, glazing, soft spots and any squeal on a cold start. A quick look under the hood now beats a tow later.

Transmission trouble has a way of showing up quietly first. Slipping between gears, a hard shift, hesitation when you pull out, fluid on the driveway. Do not wait it out. We service and repair front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, differentials and clutches, and we will tell you straight whether it needs service or replacement. Catching it early is the difference between a repair and a rebuild.

Fall is the right time to think about coolant, because the same system that kept you from overheating in August is what keeps your engine from freezing in January. Coolant does not last forever, it gets acidic and stops protecting the metal it touches. If yours looks rusty or muddy, or you cannot remember the last time it was changed, have it tested. Cooling system work is a lot cheaper than a head gasket.

Second most common question we get: "will you work on mine?" Almost always yes. We handle most makes and models, domestic and a lot of everyday drivers, from routine maintenance to major engine work. The honest exceptions: we do not take on imports or diesel. If you are not sure where your vehicle lands, just ask. We would rather tell you up front than waste your afternoon.
