CHC RV CENTER is now a proud distributor of AGWS extended service contracts!
If you own a motorhome, fifth wheel, or camper, and you do not have an extended service contract…you should DEFINITELY consider purchasing one! It pains us so deeply when a customer comes in and has to pay a huge repair bill that would have been covered if they purchased a contract.
Give us a call today to see how we can get YOU protected!

Trivia question of the day!

Q: What is something that will never stop us from taking amazing care of customers?

A: State Lines!

We just picked up a roof replacement out in Hobbs, New Mexico. There’s a ton of RV repair facilities between Hobbs and Wichita Falls but only ONE that this customer chooses and trusts to get the job done! That’s an honor that we don’t take lightly!

So, maybe you’re seeing this and have always thought you were too far away. Just know that…there’s no such thing!

Give us a call to see how we may be able to help YOU with YOUR repairs!

Today, our hearts are with the entire team at United Rentals following the tragic workplace accident that claimed the life of one of their employees.

Please join us in lifting this employee’s family, friends, and every member of the United Rentals team up in prayer. No one expects to go to work and have their world changed forever, yet in an instant, life can take an unimaginable turn.

Moments like this are a sobering reminder that tomorrow is never promised. Hug your family a little tighter tonight. Tell the people you love that you love them. Be patient with one another, and never take a single day for granted.

If you know someone who works at United Rentals, keep them in your thoughts. Many of them are grieving the loss of a coworker and friend while trying to process an incredibly difficult day.

Our community is strongest when we come together in times like these. Let’s surround everyone affected with our prayers, compassion, and support.

Please keep the entire United Rentals family, the employee’s loved ones, and all first responders involved in your prayers. ❤️

Two years ago, CHC RV Center opened its doors with one simple goal: treat every customer the way we’d want our own family to be treated.
Today, we’re celebrating 2 incredible years, and we couldn’t have done it without the people who made it possible.

We recently had the opportunity to help a Forest River owner from Duncan, Oklahoma who found themselves in a frustrating situation.

After a previous dealership performed a roof replacement, it was discovered that the new roof had simply been installed over the original roof instead of removing and replacing it properly. The customer was understandably concerned and did not want to return to the same dealership.

That's when Forest River contacted CHC RV Center and asked us to take care of the warranty repair.

Our team removed everything that should have been removed, completed the roof replacement the right way, and got this customer back on the road with confidence. Most importantly, the customer left happy and satisfied.

During the process, the customer shared something that meant a lot to us. They told us Forest River explained that they have more than 2,000 service centers nationwide, but fewer than 100 shops they consider "preferred" for situations like this. We were honored to learn that CHC RV Center was one of the shops they trusted.

Being recognized among less than 100 facilities out of more than 2,000 nationwide is something we're extremely proud of. It reflects the hard work, training, and commitment our team puts into every repair, whether it's a warranty claim, insurance repair, or routine service.

Thank you to Forest River for the trust, and thank you to our customers who continue to support us and recommend us to others. There were several repair facilities that were closer than we were but they still chose us! We are grateful!

At CHC RV Center, we believe there's a right way to do a repair... and that's the only way we know how.
