Thank you UPS for being so trustworthy and timely. We drove this package to the Sherman branch for an Overnight delivery on Thursday. It is still showing in Sherman. They didn't even check the package in when I dropped it off. This is the crap that pi**es customers off and they call us names. I would much rather had been sitting at my house Thursday night with my kids rather than making an hour trip to utilize the "most trusted" delivery service in the business.

Our electric provider has the largest outage in years at our location. I know we have customers waiting on machine work and parts order but please be patient as we have no eta on electricity at this time

Due to technical difficulties we have been without internet or phone intermittently for a couple of weeks now and apparently have no internet or phone until at least Monday or Tuesday. Our internet people are working on the issue and we'll update when we know something.

We've had a voice-mail problem brought to our attention. We do not have access to our voice-mail at the moment and apparently for a few weeks and maybe months. We have been erratically receiving some but not all and now none.

Our Voip company is made aware of the situation and assures us it is on their end and will have it resolved soon.

We had a customer bring us a car to scale and when we went to adjust the shocks this is what we found. Luckily we caught it and could fix them on site. He asked someone to loosen his shocks and they went a little far. It bound up the compression adjusters and we had to replace them.

Moral of the story. Check your stuff before problems occur.
