$120/day starting pay. ($15/hr)

This position involves successfully identifying customers’ needs and recommending products and services that best suit them.
Keys to success as a Rental Sales Agent will be: professional customer service, clear communication skills, creativity and resourcefulness as well as excellent persuasion skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time
· Open and close rental agreements
· Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services.
· Answer phones and confirm customer reservations
· Complete vehicle inspections
· Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize productivity
· Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold
· Keep office clean and workspace organized.
Requirements
· Driver's license and a clean driving record
· Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and strong organizational skills
· Energetic and sales driven
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of customer service experience
· Professional communication skills and resolution experience
· Proficient in general office equipment (fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.)
